The Chief Minister visited Lady Reading Hospital to check on the condition of the injured and spoke to the media, praising the bravery of the FC personnel. \u201cOur forces fought the terrorists with great courage. Our resolve will not weaken\u2014we will continue this fight against terrorism,\u201d he said. CM Afridi added that further measures were being taken to strengthen security across the province. \u201cWe are procuring modern equipment, and the Counter-Terrorism Department has already been provided with bulletproof vehicles,\u201d he noted. He emphasized that terrorists have long sought to disrupt peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan. \u201cTheir only aim is to destabilize the country. Those who harm Pakistan\u2019s peace are enemies of the nation, and we will not allow them to succeed,\u201d he said. Later, the Chief Minister attended the funeral prayers of the FC martyrs at the Federal Constabulary Headquarters, paying rich tribute to the fallen personnel and calling their sacrifices a national asset.
